What you might not know about Jane: She was a tremendous artist (painter, sculptor, singer).

“People still use books to feed their minds, although the computer age has dramatically transformed the way we read, access and process information. Consider the fact that this sculpture contains about 50 books and weighs around 120 pounds. A wireless reading device weighing just over a pound can hold about 3500 books.

Scientists are finding that the ways we access information in this new age are fundamentally changing the very manner in which we think. It is important to remember that the original forms of written thought were the characters of language, carved and made by hand to be preserved in books. The collaboration of the mind and the hand, in this process of creation, is what bonds the writer, the scientist and the artist. It keeps us rooted to our rich past as we strive to create a fulfilling future.”

Are HORRIBLE! I love Lana Del Reys new music video for her song National Anthem and I wrote a comment saying that it clashes with the past and the present because the president is black in the video and America currently has a biracial president. I really loved it and then some ignorant asshole says the the media wants white women to think that it’s normal and cool to be with a black man. Well obviously it is cause love knows NO boundaries. Some people are so freaking ignorant.
