
Me: I ran out of my protein powder.
Dad: Well why don’t you use some of mine?
Me:………….
Dad: It’s just milk.
I am still juicing even though I am getting so very tired of it. I find it dreary that I wake up make juice, wait around 2 hours, make juice, wait around two hours, make juice, wait around two hours, go to bed. With that said at least I only have 35 days left and I am 25 pounds lighter which is amazing. :)

Vegan Strawberry Milkshake
1 whole ripe avocado
1 1/2 cups of frozen strawberries
1 1/2 cups of water
1 scoop of vegan vanilla protein powder( I use the brand Sun Warrior)
2 tbsp of milled flaxseed ( optional)
Has an amazing taste and much healthier than a normal milkshake.
So I am still doing my 100 day juice fast but I have incorporated some new elements. I bought raw vegan protein power and use it, as well as B12, ground flaxseed, and the occasional 100% Vegetable juice V8’s.
I don’t feel that sluggish anymore though I did start getting headaches but once I made some fresh juice they have been going away.
My total weightloss so far is around 23 pounds and I am still losing weight. Overall I have grown used to juicing and its not that bad after a while. :)
